Vitale Barberis Canonico owes its prestige to continuous updating of style and the rigour with which it respects the art of creating textiles, which with its more than 360 years in the business, it has also helped to write. Revenge is made of pure merino Super 150’ S, which indicates a fineness of the fiber of little more than 16 microns, more or less the same as cashmere.

Materials as precious as these should be processed with the utmost care, but many analogue products are created using a simple weave and yarn. Revenge, however, is woven using a double-twist, meaning multiple-ply yarns in both warp and weft. Nothing is spared, not even the density of the yarns per centimetre, which is indispensable for the creation of high-quality fabrics.

These choices may seem onerous in terms of time and raw materials, but the character of the fabric is the compensation.  The Revenge fabric family is based on classic patterns and is an excellent choice for the creation of day and evening suits of great personality, where the correct dose of formality coexists with the pattern and just a hint of vanity.
